When my heart and mind fail, when my body is sluggish
When my thoughts run rampant with lies from the enemy

When dreams are abandoned
When my hands and heart are empty
Holy Spirit, You restore and energize
Jesus, I look at how You took every thought captive and fought with the Word
Jesus, how You told us Your yoke is easy and burden is light
Father, I remember Your sacrifice to send Your Son
And Jesus how You must have felt on the cross, alone
How You said, “Not my will Father, but Yours”
Holy Spirit, how You never, never leave me.
